Tax Forms

The Library provides access to commonly requested federal and New York State tax forms. While most taxes are now filed electronically, you’re welcome to stop by and print physical tax forms if you prefer. Library staff can help you locate forms and instructions through official government websites, but we are not able to offer tax advice or assist with completing forms. Whether you’re filing independently or just need help tracking down a form, we’re here to help you prepare for tax season. Use the links below to explore available resources.
