Apply for a Library Card

If you are a resident of the Suffern Central School District, you are welcome to apply for a Suffern Library card online or at the Checkout Desk at the Library. You will be asked to present a government-issued photo ID and proof of address when you apply in person, or the first time you use your card at the Library if you applied online. Children ages 5-17 must apply in person with a parent or legal guardian at the Checkout Desk.
