Apply for a Library Card

If you are a resident of the Suffern Central School District, you are welcome to apply for a Suffern Library card online or at the check out desk at the Library. You will be asked to present a government issued photo I.D. and proof of address when you apply in person or the first time you use your card at the Library. Children age 5-17 must apply in person with a parent or legal guardian at the check out desk.
